Our Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

We wanted to reach out to our clients and partners to provide an update and assurance that Stone is operating as effectively as ever since we are organized to operate remotely and distributed. We have been organized this way since 1996 and our processes and procedures are built for this type of operation. We will comply with the government, clients, CDC, and other common-sense restrictions for face-to-face meetings and keep it to essential meetings and site visits. We are prepared to support our clients in keeping their businesses running during this situation. If there is anything that we can do to assist you in your transition to remote or limited site access operations, please let us know.

We will be restricting travel for our people on a case-by-case basis, if they are exposed to someone that tests positive, exhibit any symptoms, or are in a high-risk category. We will work with our clients to work around these limited restrictions in order to execute our work.

As we progress through the coming weeks, we will update our communication and status appropriately.

We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers as many have immediate or extended family that are either affected directly or working in the healthcare field helping those that are affected. We really appreciate those that walk toward the risk to help and make the sacrifices needed for the betterment of all of us.
